• What makes your prints different from other companies out there?

All metal prints are not alike. It starts with two different methods to make metal prints. The first method or the cheaper method is "direct print". The second method or the much higher quality method is "dye-sublimation". We use the dye-sublimation method. Next, the brand of aluminum used is very important. We only use the best aluminum coated sheets by Chromaluxe. This is the key to providing the highest quality, most vibrant metal prints in the country. Chromaluxe metal prints have been shown to resist fading for 65+ years. Other brands may source their metal from other countries, leading to fading after only a couple of years and less durability. Beware of buying cheap metal prints, they are cheap for a reason!!

• How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We ask to allow 5-7 business days for us to process, prepare, and package your print. For orders that purchased one of our framing options, please allow an additional 3-4 business days, since we handmake each frame. Once your order is shipped, it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive depending on where you are located.

For custom orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for us to design, make, process, prepare, and package your custom print.

• What is the difference between Gloss and Matte? Which should I choose?

Gloss is our most popular finish because the shiny surface enhances the print, making it look more sharp and vivid with color, but if you will be displaying your image in direct light where the glare of the gloss is not preferred then we recommend you go with the matte finish.

• Will my print fade in the light?

We heat infuse the print directly into the aluminum metal causing the inks to bond with the metal creating a very long lasting print. Our prints last 2-4 times longer than traditional photo based silver papers. Our outdoor prints were specially designed to be weather resistant

• What does "Flush" mean for some of your mount options?

Our Flush Mount options gives your metal print an added body. It does not float off the wall, but fits snug onto the wall. 

• How should I clean my print?

We recommend using a clean lint free cloth to wipe off the print. You can use water or non-ammonia glass cleaner. Do NOT use rubbing alcohol to clean your print.

• Is my print playable?

Unfortunately, our prints are not playable. Designed for decor use only, but it is a nice feature for us to consider adding.
